These two holiday homes in south- west France adjoined to the owners property are situated on the ground and first floor. Both have front and rear entrances and access to the large, secluded garden area, with barbeque and garden furniture. The 8 x 5 metre figure of eight, open air swimming pool and paved seating area.

Both holiday gites are fully equipped ,finished to a high standard and maintain many traditional features typical of south west France. A rear courtyard and garden patio provide the perfect daytime or evening dining areas. Guests are provided with a complimentary welcome basket of essentials and a detailed tourist information pack.

This holiday home has been designed for couples or small families wanting to visit south west France. Consideration has been given to access for disabled holidaymakers*.

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge area which includes a double sofa bed. The kitchen area is fitted with hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and comes with all the usual crockery and kitchen utensils. This opens up into the roomy lounge area with a , double sofa bed,table, chairs, stereo.TV / DVD,Music and Video players are provided. The bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space provided by a wardrobe and chest of draws.  ( sleeps a maximum of 4)

The bathroom

consists of a large shower, toilet and basin. The rear door leads out onto a courtyard and then up onto the main garden area and pool.

Overall, a superbly comfortable,spacious and beautifully decorated holiday home.

This is the larger gite.It has a shower room,wash hand basin and toilet.One double bedroom and one twin bed room. Kitchen/lounge area with double sofa bed and vaulted ceiling with gallery feature.

The master bedroom has a double bed,ample storage space, wardrobe and chest of draws.This room also has access to a romantic south facing balcony with a wonderful view of the village and surrounding valley.

The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have windows looking out across the village

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and breakfast bar.

This in turn leads into the lounge area. This contains a double sofa bed, table and chairs, stereoTV /DVD Music and Video players.

The rear doors lead out onto stairs and down into the rear courtyard, then up onto the garden and pool. (sleeps a maximum of six ).
