These two holiday homes in south west France are close to the owners property, situated on the ground and first floor. Both have front and rear entrances and access to the large, secluded garden area, with barbeque and furniture, and the 8 x 5 metre, figure eight, open air swimming pool and paved seating area.

Both holiday rentals are newly renovated to a high standard but maintain many traditional features typical of south west France, such as stonework and beams. A rear courtyard provides the perfect evening dining area. Guests will provided with a welcome basket and tourist information pack.

This holiday home has been designed for couples or small families wanting to visit south west France, and consideration has been given to access for disabled holidaymakers*.

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge area which includes a double sofa bed. The kitchen area is fitted with hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and comes with all the usual crockery and kitchen utensils. This opens up into the roomy lounge area where a double sofa bed,table, chairs, stereo and tv / dvd player are provided. The bedroom contains a double bed.

The bathroom consists of a large shower, toilet and basin. The rear door leads out onto a courtyard and then up onto the main garden area and pool. (sleeps maximum of 4 adults plus infant.

Overall, a superbly comfortable and very charming holiday home, giving you access to the very best of south west France.

The upper floor holiday home

(again in the style of traditional south west France properties) consists of two bedrooms, kitchen/lounge area with vaulted ceiling and bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed and access to a romantic south facing balcony with a wonderful view of the village and surrounding valley.

The second bedroom has bunk beds. Both bedrooms have windows looking out across the village.

The kitchen area is fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, breakfast bar and is fully equipped.

This in turn leads into the lounge area, which contains a double sofa bed, table and chairs, stereo tv / video player.

The rear doors lead out onto stairs and down into the rear courtyard, then up onto the garden and pool. (sleeps maximum of six adults .
